Jeffrey Rosenfeld, MD, PhD, FAAN is Professor of Neurology at Loma Linda University School of Medicine. Rosenfeld is also the Associate Chairman of that Department and has been the Director of the Neuromuscular ALS/MND Program at Loma Linda since June 2015. He established the Center for Restorative Neurology at Loma Linda University where he serves as the medical director. Formerly, Rosenfeld was the Chief of Neurology at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF Fresno Program) from August 2008 to June 2015 and Director of the Neuromuscular and Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) Programs at UCSF Fresno.
Rosenfeld has over 20 years of experience treating neuromuscular patients, with extensive experience in amyotrophic lateral sclerosis. He established one of the most extensive and largest multidisciplinary clinical and research programs in North Carolina and continues to maintain a large subspecialty, multidisciplinary practice serving patients throughout California as well as those patients travelling from other states. Rosenfeld serves as clinical adviser and consultant to several pharmaceutical companies, foundations, and pharmaceutical venture capital companies.
